Ingredients: Pork, Salt,Spices,Natural flavors

Preparation: Roast preparation: remove the shank from the bag and finish cooking in the oven at 200°C or in a pan, for about 20 minutes. Do not use the liquid contained in the bag or add salt.
Microwave preparation: remove the product from the packaging and place it without the gelatine in a microwave-safe container, cover and cook for 10 minutes at 900W.
Grill or BBQ preparation: remove the shank from the bag and finish cooking on the grill or BBQ for a smoky flavour, for about 20 minutes. Do not use the liquid contained in the bag or add salt.
