Suggested use: use at a rate of 7% of the weight of the flour. Ideal for preparing baked goods: bread, pizza and focaccia.
We recommend 35 g ~ for 500 g of flour.
Advantages of using the product:
stability and leavening – natural yeast acts on the gluten in the flour by means of lactic acid which makes the gluten mesh more stable.
Taste and aroma – natural yeast improves the taste and aroma of the final product because it provides organic metabolites (acetic, lactic, succinic acid).
